Em is finally 8. She's been waiting for this her whole life as she often reminds me . The celebration was a little toned-down this year as she didn't want a friend party. With the baptism next week, she thought that would be enough celebrating and I didn't complain! I would say it was a low-key, quiet day, but with Emily nothing is low-key or quiet. Have I mentioned she can be a little dramatic at times?I didn't get a picture of her bedroom door, but Ryan got up at 5:50 am to decorate it before he had to leave for school. How sweet is that? He is an awesome big brother.
